We can confidently say that the congress is a leader in the Pacific region and Southeast Asia, and is one of the top three significant scientific events in the field of cardiology worldwide.

Within the framework of the congress, joint symposia of the international organizations were held, which covered global issues of epidemiology and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. Experts paid attention to both primary and secondary prevention, as well as rehabilitation of patients with various heart diseases. The program presented the results of genetic studies in various heart diseases, the use of high technology and artificial intelligence for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac patients. Given the importance of cardiometabolic disorders in the development of cardiovascular complications, dozens of symposia on this topic were organized, as the impending pandemic affects the adult population in most Asian countries, including China, India and Japan.

The congress presented expert consensus on various cardiovascular diseases, taking into account the regional aspects. A high priority was given to the support of young scientists. The most active young scientists who presented oral and poster reports were awarded in special nominations.
